The qualities we are looking for in this position are a friendly, positive attitude, self-starter that enjoys problem solving. Applicant must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize duties, work in a team environment as well as complete solo tasks as assigned. Must be computer literate and have knowledge of Windows operating system and Microsoft Office products (i.e., Excel, Outlook, Etc.) Having knowledge of business financial reporting is beneficial, but not required. Knowledge of the products we offer and how they work is a big plus! This is a very high energy position. Core duties:
· Answering phone calls to determine the need of the customer.
· Troubleshooting and resolving customer equipment and billing issues.
· Take payments both in person and over the phone and accountable for money handling accuracy.
· Work in billing system and provisioning of customer premise equipment.
· Assist customers to determine the best fit of internet and video products for their needs.
· Generate reports and submission of same as assigned.
· Overtime may be required during evenings and weekends on a rotating basis.
Applicant must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
